I had the pleasure of joining a fun bunch of women, affectionately known as the 'Cooking Queens', last night for a demonstration on how to make authentic Italian gnocchi, arancini de something-or-other, and a delicious ricotta pie. The arancini things, rice balls with mozzarella cheese in the middle, deep-fried to golden perfection, were particularly inspiring for the photographer in me, but alas, my camera was neatly stowed away on it's shelf at home. BUT, they say the best camera is the one you have on you - mine last night was the i-phone. With a little help from Instagram, I am pleased to share these very fun rice-ball making shots! Enjoy!
